By purchasing or using an Arsenal Digital Gift Card you accept the terms and conditions below:

Sale of Digital Gift Card 

  1. Sales of Arsenal Digital Gift Cards (“Digital Gift Cards”) made via the link from https://digitalgiftcards.arsenal.com ("The Website") are managed by Diggecard UK Ltd ("Diggecard UK") at Crowthorne House, Nine Mile Ride, Crowthorne, Wokingham RG40 3GE registered in England and Wales with Company No. 11448044 on behalf of Arsenal Football Club plc ("Arsenal"), at Highbury House, 75 Drayton Park, London, N5 1BU registered in England and Wales with company number 109244. 
  2. Arsenal Digital Gift Cards purchased via The Website can be purchased in Pound Sterling. 
  3. Payment can be made via VISA or Mastercard debit or credit card. 
  4. Each transaction is subject to various fraud checks and Diggecard UK reserves the right to refuse an order if the payment is subject to additional verification or scrutiny or for any other reason, without providing explanation. 
  5. Digital Gift Cards ordered though The Website will be sent to the email address or mobile phone number stated in the individual order. Despatch will usually be immediate but could be up to 48 hours after receipt of payment
  6. Where possible Diggecard UK will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Diggecard UK nor Arsenal shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the requested delivery date. 'Loss' in this instance includes any loss of profit, costs, damages, charges, other expenses, consequential losses and non-financial losses. 
  7. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Neither Diggecard UK nor Arsenal has any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Digital Gift Cards once risk has passed to the customer at time of delivery. 
  8. Refunds will not be given on the purchase of a Digital Gift Card, once your payment has been received your order can only be cancelled by phoning +44 (0) 1344 987678. 
  9. Diggecard UK is not directly linked to Arsenal or any Arsenal company and Diggecard UK cannot take responsibility for products and services offered by Arsenal or Arsenal companies. In addition, Arsenal shall not be responsible for services offered by Diggecard UK and its associated companies. 
  10. The collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed is solely used to authorise payment and is not held by Diggecard UK or Arsenal. 
  11. Digital Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately to Arsenal Digital Gift Cards Customer Service by calling +44 (0) 1344 987678. Neither Diggecard UK nor Arsenal can be held responsible for any shortage or loss of any Digital Gift Cards not notified to Diggecard UK within seven working days of delivery or the specified delivery date in respect of lost cards. 
  12. Payment is taken at the time of purchase of the Digital Gift Card. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Diggec* Arsenal". 
  13. Diggecard UK cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to a cause totally beyond its reasonable control, for example: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure. 
  14. Breach of these terms and conditions by you will entitle Diggecard UK and/or Arsenal to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise. 
  15. Whilst the contents of The Website are checked for accuracy, Diggecard UK cannot be held responsible for omissions or errors or any statements made on the site. Nor is Diggecard UK responsible for any losses incurred if information is used from the website or if accessing the site may result in viruses to your computer equipment. 
  16. The images on the website including trademarks can only be used with the permission of the owner. 
  17. By uploading or including any content or material (including but not limited to photographs, graphics, text and other material) (Customer Content) in a Personalised Product, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence (including the right to grant sub-licences through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute and communicate to the public that content or material solely for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and exercising any rights you may grant to us. The rights and ownership of the Customer Content will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the Customer Content.
  1. If you use third-party copyright in any Personalised Product, it is your responsibility to ensure that you seek permission from the copyright owner. We will not accept any liability whatsoever if any Customer Content infringes on third-party copyright. You will be held responsible for any fees and third-party damages we may have to pay to a third party because of such infringement, and you will be liable to reimburse these payments to us in full.
  2. We do not permit Personalised Products to include any content or material which: (a) infringes anyone's intellectual property. In particular, you must ensure that you either own the IP in the Customer Content that you wish to include in a Personalised Product or that you have permission from the IP owner to include that Customer Content in the Personalised Product; (b) contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation; (c) is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person; (d) misrepresents identity or impersonates any person; (e) includes personal data about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person; (f) is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, has sexual connotations, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group; (g) may harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person; (h) gives the impression that it originates from or has been approved by us, our partners and licensors, whether by reference to our/their name or otherwise; (i) may violate the integrity and reputation of our name, and the names of our partners and licensors; (j) advocates promotes or assists any unlawful act; (k) includes or makes reference to illegal drugs; or (l) makes reference to politicians' names and/or political statements.
  3. If your purchase amount is less than the balance on the Digital Gift Card, the unused balance will be carried over and can be used for purchases at a later date.
  4. If your purchase amount exceeds the value of the balance on the Digital Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another acceptable tender.
  5. You can check the balance of your Digital Gift Card at any Arsenal Retail Store or on the Arsenal Online Store (https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com).
  6. The normal Arsenal Return/Exchange Policy (available on www.arsenaldirect.arsenal.com) is consistently applied to any product purchased with a Digital Gift Card.
  7. When making a purchase in a Retail Store using a Digital Gift Card that is not Pound Sterling, Arsenal will apply a currency exchange rate at the time of purchase. If a refund is later requested, the currency equivalent of the refund may not be equal to the currency equivalent of the original purchase amount, due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. There may therefore be either a residual windfall or shortfall on the Digital Gift Card. If there is a shortfall, the remaining amount must be paid with another acceptable tender.
  8. Digital Gift Cards can be topped up (in Pound Sterling only) at Arsenal Retail Stores only, subject to the minimum and maximum values outlined in section 18 above.
  9. The maximum balance permitted on a Digital Gift Card after topping up is £1000.
  10. Digital Gift Cards and/or any unused balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  11. Damaged, altered or cancelled Digital Gift Cards will not be accepted.
  12. Digital Gift Cards, and any unused balance, will expire 12 months from the date that the Digital Gift Card was last used or (if un-used) the date that the Gift Card was issued.
  13. An Arsenal Digital Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Arsenal Gift Card or Arsenal Digital Gift Card.
  14. Digital Gift Cards should be handled like cash. Arsenal is not responsible for lost or stolen Digital Gift Cards. The Digital Gift Cards can be used by anyone in possession of the Arsenal Digital Gift Card and Arsenal personnel are not obliged to check the identity of a person using the Digital Gift Card. Digital Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  15. Arsenal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it considers it reasonable and necessary to do so.
  16. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any disputes or claims.
  17. Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Arsenal Football Club plc, Highbury House, 75 Drayton Park, London, N5 1BU.
